Note(s): There have been two previous animated versions of this game series. A Final Fantasy (oav) series came out in 1994. The feature film, Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, came out in July 2001. The oav series is available in home video format in the United States.

Unfortunately I lack the time or resources to help people find copies of anime television programs.
